Description
Marlborough is New Zealand's most important wine region by far. It is particularly famous for its pungent, zesty white wines made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which dominates the Marlborough vineyards.
Best Enjoyed
Best paired with barbecued prawns or salmon and poached white fish. Goes well with fresh green salads containing parsley, pepper, or lemon. Mediterranean and Turkish dishes with hummus, olives, and feta is also a great choice !
